Take control of your situation instead of victimizing yourself. Focus on your breaths and reconnect with your spirit. Inhale the aroma of essential oils to give your mind the calm it craves. Sleep to clear your head and improve your productivity. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and junk food. They aggravate your nerves, making you stress more. Release negativity by escaping into nature.
It all boils down to self-perception. Unresolved emotions can make you self-critical, causing you to act against your best interests. In an attempt to fill this internal void, you may indulge in overeating. Realize that body type varies among individuals, so eat according to your body's specific needs. Note how you feel after eating certain foods to comprehend your body better.
Are you doing all you can to take control of your life? Then, you need to do a bit more. Start by giving up your "control" attitude. Look fear in the eye, understand its cause and turn it into something positive. Never allow your decisions to be decided by fear. Accept failure as a pit stop and take it forward one step at a time. Get curious and excited about your future and trust your gut.
Quieten your ego and meditate. Connect with the universal power and you will feel positive and empowered. Rejection feels like a slap in the face, but stop to reflect why you are feeling that way. It will give you a better insight to the situation. Don’t look for reason with subconscious beliefs. Gracefully accept rejection, see it as an opportunity to grow, and love yourself despite it.
Hot water, stewed apples, rest, eating discipline, and physical activity keep your digestive tract up and running. Sip hot water throughout the day, not only when you wake. Substitute cold cereals or toast and eggs with stewed apples for breakfast. Activate your salivary and stomach glands by managing daily stress triggers. Exercise regularly and eat only when hungry.
Accept what happened, you know you can't change it. Give yourself some time to feel -anger, grief, sadness. Then, take a deep breath and let it go. Keep moving and focus on the present. Invest energy in a place that you can do well in than in a negative space. Focus on the present, learn from your mistakes and avoid similar situations in the future.
The first step is to write down your goals. Choose 2 or 3 of the most important goals. Identify why it's important- the feelings not the outcome. Detach from those feelings achieved from specific outcomes, you are more likely to create positive habits, enjoy them and continue them. Because you feel inspired to take action and achieve your goals.
To differentiate between fear and intuition: Ask the question - which choice is leading you forward towards your goal, Take action - Counter fear that keeps you stagnant and take action, Trust your intuition - less you fear, more you will trust your intuition. Believe in yourself, focus on the future and be grateful for missteps since they helped you move forward.
