Breads seem to be the hardest foods to give up because you can do a lot with bread – make french toast for breakfast, have a sandwich for lunch, and prepare bread pudding for the dinner dessert.
But, what if you have an allergic reaction to breads? Or you commit yourself to the Paleo diet which involves eating everything that the early humans used to like vegetables, fruits, meat, and excluding dairy or cereal products?
So, if you have excluded bread from your diet because of your food intolerance or your commitment to certain diets like the Paleo diet, then, you may want to consider these wheat and gluten-free bread recipes.
The recipes mentioned in the list have butter in them because, today, most people on a Paleo diet exclude dairy products like cheese or yogurt but consume butter. Butter has lots of good fats (saturated fats) and very little lactose which means it can barely cause an allergic reaction.
