1. Banana With Coconut And Honey
Banana is extremely good for your hair. It contains potassium and many other essential nutrients that reduce breakage by restoring your hair’s elasticity, strengthen your hair, and moisturize it. Coconut milk contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants which condition your hair, preserves its proteins and oils, and locks its volume. Honey is a natural humectant, which means it locks in the moisture of your hair. It contains B vitamins, iron, and zinc, which lead to healthy hair growth. Coconut oil contains vitamin E and essential fatty acids, which reduce keratin loss, encourage growth, and moisturize your hair to keep it shiny and healthy.
Blend 1 ripe banana, 2 tablespoons each of coconut milk and honey, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil in a bowl until you get a fine paste.
Dampen your hair and apply the mixture all over your hair.
