Use gentle soaps with natural moisturizing ingredients such as jojoba or olive oil. If you are out in the sun, be sure to wear sunscreen and a good quality vit A or C serum. Exfoliate weekly using a mix of 1T rosehip oil, a dash of sea salt, and a handful of mashed strawberries. Moisturize daily with a nourishing mix of 4t coconut oil, 2t almond oil, 2t cocoa butter.
Moisturize everyday, use a thick cream. Moisturizing before you go to bed is highly effective. Use soaps that don't contain alcohol or have low traces of it. Go for soaps with shea butter or aloe vera. Use gloves while doing household work, exfoliate regularly and use sunblock whenever required. Indulge in manicures and hand massages at least once a month.
