For working moms some days can be good and some days can be bad. The trick is to customize yourself in order to make everyday as productive as possible. This is more important for the high-performance moms. You can start off with things such as starting off the morning right, eating a solid breakfast, setting daily goals, being mindful, taking time off, being active, out of the comfort zone, meal prepping, reduction of obligations and making time for what matters.
Being a high-performance mom can be stressful to the mind and the body. This can also limit the number of things that you can do to relieve that stress. Thus it is better to concentrate on your work and make some small tweaks and adjustments in order to be efficient at what you do. Things such as reducing your sugar intake, eating right, cutting out on sensitive foods, avoiding caffeine, exercising, being aware of your surroundings, and doing something that makes you happy.
High-performance moms do not get time to take care of any of their daily activities, let alone their themselves. This can cause the stress levels to build up in them and also damage their health. Thus there can be some changes made to their daily activity to make them more energetic as well as more efficient at what they do in order to get the job done. The first step would be to eat the right food such as eggs, olives, nuts to give you high levels of energy, then it is best to avoid caffeine, exercise regularly and which is right for you and take care of your health by practicing self care.
In Hashimoto's, the immune system attacks the thyroid gland. To boost thyroid function, drink a smoothie made of 1 cup coconut milk, ½ cup frozen blueberries, a handful of spinach, ½ tsp cod liver oil, and a pinch of sea salt. The vit. D in cod liver oil prevents autoimmune attacks, while coconut milk provides good fats. It's also unlikely to set off any allergies or worsen your autoimmune condition. Sea salt helps resolve the adrenal gland issues linked with Hashimoto's, and some spinach now and then helps too.
