1. Check cosmetics: Avoid products high in iron, nickel, chromium, zinc and lead. 2. Bedtime: Avoid using electronics during bedtime. 3. Check plastics: BPA 3 and 7 are a big no. 4. Alcohol: Can weaken liver and immune system. 5. Stimulate lymph: Regular yoga or exercise. 6. Be social: Make sure you are social. 7. Stress: Don't stress, it triggers inflammation like response.
