I began my journey into spirituality and natural health from a young age with an interest in everything mysterious. From the paranormal to palmistry, I was always attracted to asking questions about the nature of life, reality and the possibilities of our own minds/consciousness.
I found Reiki when I was 18 and going through a deep depression. I trained in Reiki 1 in 2002 and eventually became a master in 2012. Through Reiki my world was opened up to spirituality and healing and through my studies in medical anthropology decided this was the path in life I knew was meant for me. I knew I wanted to help people heal, the way I had been helped. Massage felt like an extension of the Reiki and embodied the value of touch I had come to know so well. This is my passion and my life.
The sacred spirited being that knows about yourself more than you and has the power to transform your life and change it forever, for the better. It demands utmost respect and cannot be taken lightly. There are misconceptions about this spirit and its application towards nature, but this is mainly due to the western world taking advantage of its supposedly mysterious nature and making it more mysterious to ignorant people. It should not be taken as a medicine, chemical substance and must be implemented in the right way into your mind, body and soul.

Shamanic healing is the oldest form of energy healing. A shaman – who performs shamanism – believes that we not different from nature. For shamanic healing – that happens via the relationship between the sufferer, the spirits, and the healer – the sufferer does not need to adhere to any belief systems. Certain difficulties block our energetic system and the supposed way of its flow. Shamanic healing removes and heals these blockages, using the natural tools like feathers, crystal, oil, stone, and the voice.
Our activities and endless work keep us productive and functioning, but our minds stressed and overloaded – which is not healthy for us. To start your day positively, stretch your body to prevent injury and be gratitude – find the heartfelt connection. Express your real feelings and connect to yourself. Recall your dreams and note those to learn more about yourself. Just after you wake up, find a quiet place, sit back, and breathe. Also, make a realistic to-do list for the day. This sets a sense of achievement.
