Not to mention all the sugar and calories that are getting pumped into your body on an empty stomach! You feel sluggish and your blood sugar level crashes.
3. Pre-bottled Juices
When it comes to pre-bottled juices, looks really are deceiving. These juices come with high calories, sugar, and aren’t as nutritious as their original form. Though making juices at home is a healthier option and can keep you full for long, it is still packed with calories and loses its fiber content (fiber is important in the morning).
