When collagen fibers connecting subcutaneous fat to skin stretch, break or tighten, it causes a stretch-like, rippled, dimpled appearance on the skin, called cellulite. Follow a low-fat, low-calorie diet and exercise to get rid of cellulite.
Massage helps to reduce cellulite by breaking down fibrous tissue and speeding up the body’s repair and regeneration process. Cellulite can also be triggered by inflammation in the body, which can be treated with a regular intake of Omega 3. Grapefruit has been proven to shrink fat cells and cure cellulite naturally. Mix 1/2 cup of organic coconut oil, 30 drops of certified pure therapeutic grade grapefruit essential oil and put in mason jar. Rub over troubled areas for 5 mins daily.
