Magical Healthy Mist Essential Oils Recipe For Your Skin

One of the biggest and most impactful changes that I made to my health was when I detoxed my beauty products. Through my own personal study of health, I quickly learned how important it was for me to take a look at what I was putting on my skin.

Many of the chemicals found in your over-the-counter beauty elixirs can wreak havoc on your health. Research has shown that there are certain chemicals that may cause long-term, gradual changes to your health with hormonal imbalances being one of them. Repeated exposures can even cause you to develop an allergy.

Now that summer is winding down, it’s time to impart some life back into our skin after all those rays of sunshine!

This recipe calls for Aloe Vera Juice and Witch Hazel. Both are readily available at most health stores and they have the ability to soothe, refresh and rejuvenate your skin. Rose Water is full of antioxidants, decreases inflammation and also has the ability hydrate the skin.

I’m in love with essential oils and I have found pure grade, organic essential oils critical to my beauty care. My three favorites are:

Frankincense, which may help to reduce the appearance of blemishes and rejuvenate the skin. And both geranium and lavender, which have soothing abilities for occasional skin irritations and may reduce the appearance of skin imperfections.
