How Does A Healing Bath Help?

Healing baths have been used since antiquity for cleansing and restoring the human energy system, body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Natural sea salts have been used as healing soaks and in ritual baths for just as long. And, natural clay and aromatic plants and oils have also been used for ritual purification rites as well as other cleansing and healing practices throughout human history. Using these efficient techniques and ingredients will purify and boost your chakra and the energy system.

Sea salts are readily available, are rich in minerals, and are charged with electrical and healing properties that you can especially benefit from in a warm bath. You can purchase natural sea salt in your local health-food store in the spice section.
