It may be called the elixir of life, but, the humble water often receives a royal snub from most of us. Don’t try to deny it. We’ve all done it at some point or the other.
Want proof? Okay then, answer this: what’s the first thing you want when you stumble out of bed every morning?

How Much Water Should You Drink?
Ideally, every individual should be able to decide how much they drink because it depends on your overall health and lifestyle. However, the health authorities do recommend we drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day (mostly referred to as an 8X8 rule), that roughly translates to 2 liters. Well, for your well-being, we hope not. Here’s something that works! Set an alarm on your phone. Or if you are married to your desk then setting a prompt on your laptop. It reminds you to walk away from your desk and while you are away, take that much-needed water break. In fact, before you reach for your choice of beverage, have a glass of water.
