A Simple Clairvoyance Meditation Technique To Open The Third Eye

Clairvoyance meditation is absolutely necessary if you want to open your third eye. The third eye is actually a natural part of every person. You can think of it as your mind and other senses coming together and working as larger and more powerful sensory organ. The third eye can be used in many different ways. If you are a visual person, you can use it to see and understand the hidden connections between questions and answers. If you feel energies around you then you can consciously manipulate that energy. Every time you empathize for someone, you are using your third eye to touch and feel their emotions. Meditation is important if you want to strengthen such abilities you may have. If you can visualize a tree when someone tells you to, by meditating, you will be able to enhance this ability of yours. 1. Sit In A Comfortable Position

Choose a quiet place to sit and relax for a few minutes. You do not always have to perform clairvoyance meditation by sitting in an upright position. If sitting upright is comfortable for you then go ahead, otherwise, you can sit however you are most comfortable. The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be for you to focus your mind when you meditate.

2. Take Deep Breaths

In order to relax your entire system, you need to take in deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose to a count of 4, hold for a count of 7, and exhale through your mouth to a count of 8. You should not breathe too shallow from your chest. Take

your hand and place it on your stomach. When you breathe, you should feel your stomach expand and contract.

3. Begin Meditating

Now that you are relaxed, start meditating. Close your eyes and visualize the number 1 in your mind. The color, size, and font do not matter. Just focus on the number in your mind. You will start feeling a tingling sensation in your forehead between your eyebrows. This sensation is completely normal. It is actually a sign of spiritual awakening. It’s completely fine even if you don’t feel this sensation. It will take some time as it does not always happen the first time around.

4. Move On To The Next Image In Your Mind

Once you see the number 1 clearly in your mind, hold on to the image for a few seconds then start visualizing the number 2. And once the image

of number 2 is clear, move on to the next number and make your way all the way up to number 10. You will know you have mastered this step once you can visualize the numbers 1 through 10 with ease. If you have trouble visualizing the numbers, you can take the help of a paper and a marker. Write down the number you are trying to visualize prominently. Stare at it for a few seconds, put the paper down, close your eyes, and then start visualizing the number in your mind.

5. Move On To More Complicated Visuals

Once you have mastered the art of visualizing the numbers, move on to colors, or shapes, or flowers and trees. Make the image you visualize more and more complicated each time you meditate.

Clairvoyance meditation only takes a few minutes of your time each day. Do it consistently, you will be able to open your third eye in no time.
