Besides age, stress, or inactivity, a cause of high BP may be certain stimuli to the immunity system that increase B cells and antibodies, which stick to artery walls, causing inflammation. This stiffens and scars arteries, leading to high BP. Blocking B cells may be a cure. Preventive high-fiber, low-fat, low-sodium diet (seeds, fish, etc.), light exercise, and regular BP monitoring (as symptoms rarely manifest) are also advised.
Food buildup with bacterial growth, consumption of antibiotics, use of oral care products with oxidizing agents, papillary inflammation after extracting a tooth, mucus accrual after nasal drainage, underlying conditions like HIV, jaundice, and cancer, and smoking – are all causes of a yellow tongue. Scrape your tongue, floss, gargle with hydrogen peroxide solution, drink lots of water, eat fibers, and quit smoking.
Test your BP every 1-3 yrs and cholesterol every 3-5 yrs. Alter your diet to regulate them. As your immunity weakens, a tetanus booster at 50 and a yearly flu shot is advised. Get a colonoscopy done every 10 years as your hormones deplete and your risk of colon cancer increases. Investigate joint pain or stiffness for underlying conditions like osteoporosis and arthritis.
Brown, soft, smooth stool with bearable odor is natural. Deviations either indicate your diet patterns or digestive malfunctions (e.g., black stool may indicate excess iron pill intake or upper GI bleeding). Raise fluid and fiber intake; eat fermented foods (e.g., pickles), avoid sugar, caffeine, painkillers like codeine; exercise; and squat to defecate rather than sit. Visit a doc if there's a drastic change in stool type.
Both COPD and asthma are respiratory disorders caused by inflammation. COPD results from macrophages and neutrophils, and asthma from eosinophils. In asthma, the airways become inflamed and irritable in response to an allergen, and in COPD the lungs get damaged by certain irritants. In asthma, airflow can be restored, but in COPD, airflow is temporarily restored or not restored at all.

Make sure palms are in the same position as you move your butt towards the back of your heels. Do 8-10 reps to stretch and relieve any lower back stiffness or pain.
