Renée Eli is a professional health and well-being consultant, yoga teacher and
embodiment scholar, and public speaker on holistic and “embodied mindfulness-based”
approaches to well-being, body image and food-related issues, stress, and
chronic pain. A retired Physical Therapist, Renée has developed a holistic process of
therapeutic embodiment practices that supports her clients in befriending and making
peace with their body, and reclaiming a sense of connection with life.
