My name is Dr. Raymond Tolmos and I am a chiropractic internist. This is a relatively new field and not may people are aware it even exists. Chiropractors are portal of entry physicians however many only diagnose musculoskeletal issues. With advanced training in Chiropractic internal medicine, my scope of practice includes internal disorders as well. My philosophy is that the body can always heal however it must be balanced. My treatments consist of physical,chemical, and emotional balancing and treating the underlying causes that create imbalance in the body. With thorough history, examination, and in depth blood chemistry we can determine what treatments or further testing may be necessary to get to the root of the problem.

Watermelon And Cucumber Mint Salad: Mix 2 cups diced watermelon, 1 diced cucumber, ¼ sliced red onion, 4 tbsp mint, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper (to taste).
