Often caused by seasonal allergies, sinus congestion can make it difficult for you to breathe or sleep. To make your own sinus relief essential oil blend - add 70 drops eucalyptus oil, 10 drops each of rosemary verbenon, peppermint, and tea tree oil to a 5ml euro dropper bottle and mix well. For best results, use the blend (1-3 drops) as a respiratory steam.

Though aromatherapy can not help cure depression, citrus essential oils like lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, sweet orange can help relieve its symptoms and help manage the condition better. Bring 1/2c water to a rolling boil; pour into a 1qt ceramic mixing bowl. Using a sterilized steel spoon stir in 1T organic extra virgin coconut oil, 1/4c bentonite green clay, 1/8t each of celtic salt+stevia. Add in 10 drops peppermint oil, 5 drops lemon oil, 1 drop each of cinnamon, clove bud, and thyme essential oils. Blend thoroughly until smooth; store in a sealed container.
