As an integrative nutritionist, I have advanced training in utilizing specialized laboratory results that can uncover the root causes of disease and imbalance in the body and mind, and with these results, create personalized lifestyle and nutrition plans for individuals. I am reiki certified, am a registered yoga instructor and have certification in mind-body medicine. Most recently, I have published a cookbook, “Feel Great Look Great … Balanced Eating for a Balanced Life”. This is book one of a series that will address skincare, colors, wardrobing, self-esteem and fitness. I live in Marblehead and have two amazing daughters, 19 and 26, and a little shih-poo with great energy for life. My hobbies include singing and playing guitar, cooking, yoga , cycling and walking.
