Eliminate caffeine as it causes fluctuations in mood, energy and blood sugar. Avoid dehydrating drinks containing sugar, sodium or caffeine that cause sluggishness. Increase quantity and quality of sleep as tiredness makes your body crave energy. Add dark green veggies, goji berries, fruits, almonds, coconut water and whole grains in your diet. Keep moving.
Wash and dry 1 large bunch of fresh spinach, 5 scallions, handful fresh dill and Italian parsley. Chop dill and parsley, slice scallions. Get rid of the stems and slice spinach into thin strips. Combine the spinach, herbs and scallions in a bowl. Season it with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Toss well. Top with crumbled feta and enjoy.
