Jesseny has been in the fitness industry for over thirteen years. After receiving a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management, Jesseny continued her education by becoming a qualified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Exercise Practitioner. She then continued her quest to get more in depth with her understanding of human movement and anatomy. For 5 years of intensive study, Jesseny learned under the tutelage of Osteopath Guy Voyer of France, human anatomy, biomechanics and Osteopathic techniques.
