Lats And Shoulder Strengthening T-Bar Exercises

Load a bar with appropriate weights, press one end of the bar against a corner, stand with legs shoulder width apart with back against the wall and bar in between legs. Now lock back like when you do bent-over rows. Grab one end of the bar with both hands, locking the fingers and pull up with shoulder and biceps. Do 15 reps to feel the pull in your lats.
