Chia seeds are a great source of plant-based fibre, essential fats, protein, calcium, manganese, magnesium, potassium, and B-vitamins. Mix 2 tbsp Chia seeds, ½ tbsp maca powder, ½ tsp ashwagandha powder, 1½ cups almond milk, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp each of moringa, vanilla, and cinnamon powder in a mason jar. Refrigerate for 30 mins. Stays fresh for 15 days. Enjoy as a morning drink.
