Here’s how can you put these ingredients together

Note: Only use raw, organic honey and raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar with the cloudy looking culture still in the bottle. This culture is called the mother and contains all the probiotic goodness. Make sure that the garlic you use is also extremely fresh.



  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of raw honey
  • 8–10 cloves of raw garlic


  1. Shake the bottle of vinegar before measuring a cup. This ensures that the solid culture gets distributed throughout.
  2. Put all the garlic into a blender and mince well. You may add some of the vinegar to help it along.
  3. Add in the honey and blend until well combined.
  4. Lastly, add the vinegar and blend for about 30 seconds.
  5. Transfer this mixture into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in the fridge.

This mixture is best used within 5 days, after which it starts to lose some of its potency.
