Advanced Heart Opening Flow
This yoga sequence is a full 75-minute class. This is a very dance-y flow, in the spirit of my dance-yoga classes 🙂
I call this yoga sequence “advanced” because it requires a good deal of stamina to get through the standing poses, but there are no inversions or arm balances. This yoga sequence is pure flowing on the breath and opening the area of the heart.
As we expand across the chest in this class, we work up a healthy sweat. This is followed by seated postures. Appropriate for experienced yogis with a regular practice.
