Power “Slow Flow” Yoga (Intermediate)
I love power yoga but I hate feeling “rushed.” This 60-min full-length free power “slow flow” class will reboot your whole system, giving you more energy to get through the rest of the day. I designed this as a lunch-time or midday practice, but it’s appropriate for any time (morning would be great too).
Note that this is an intermediate / advanced sequence — not appropriate for new or first-time yogis. There are no inversions or arm balances or anything (I very rarely teach those) — it’s just not good for people brand new to yoga because it assumes basic knowledge of poses and sun salutes and we flow through at a moderate pace.
