Eating slower can be more difficult in practice than it sounds. If you have the

best intentions, but still struggle to do it, don’t throw in the towel just yet. Try setting just one meal aside for mindful eating in a day to help you practice. Sitting at a table and putting down your fork in between bites can also encourage you to eat slower.
